Novosilikatnyy After writing about winter closing in, the weather made a sharp turn, became warm, melted all the snow, and late-fall conditions have resumed. This is a very pleasant time, especially with the hunters mostly gone: the views are excellent, the ground is highly visible, and it is cold enough to make hard manual labor (for a maximum of a few hours, and in the middle of the day) pleasant: you never overheat. It is perfect for woodcutting, rockmoving, and organizing the property, all things I need to do more of. And the long nights are quite pleasant for writing and reading.
Guaratuba But then, in the midst of the warm brown spell, I went off to Miami for a week, which was extraordinary. I’ll try to write a few pieces about it.
